Representative Gauthier moved that the minutes of February 10, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0361 (Kriesel) Fleeing a police officer crime modified.
Representative Kriesel moved that HF0361 be passed and re-referred to the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee.
The committee heard testimony on HF0361.
