MINUTES
Representative Nornes, Chair of the Higher Education Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 PM on February 16, 2012, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Banaian moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 14, 2012 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on the strategic vision of the University of Minnesota.
