Representative Gottwalt, Chair of the Health and Human Services Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34P.M.on January 26, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Gottwalt officially called the meeting to order at 2:40 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Quam moved the approval of the minutes of January 25, 2011 with the time corrected to 4:15. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED AS CORRECTED.
