MINUTES
Representative Abeler, Chair of the Health and Human Services Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:35 P.M. on February 17, 2011, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative McElfatrick moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on February 16, 2011, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Dr. Ed Ehlinger, Commissioner, MDH, Barb Juelich, Chief Financial Officer, MDH, Craig Acomb, Assistant Commissioner, Administrative Services, MDH, John Stine, Assistant Commisisoner, MDH, presented the Governor's Budget Recommendations for the Minnesota Department of Health.
Jerry Kerber, Director, Licensing Division, DHS, Erin Sullivan Sutton, Assistant Commissioner, Children and Family Services , DHS, Wayland Campbell, Director, Child Support Division, DHS, Jean Wood, Director, Aging and Adult Services, DHS, and Bob Held, Director, Nursing Facility Rates and Policy Division, DHS, presented an overview on the Department of Human Services Budget Change Pages.
Representative Kiffmeyer assumed the gavel at 2:16 P.M.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:18 P.M.
