MINUTES
Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 8:16 a.m. on March 9, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:21 a.m.
Lee Ehmke, Director of the Minnesota Zoo, and Peggy Adelmann, Chief Financial Officer for the Minnesota Zoo, presented the organization's budget.
Burl Haar, Executive Secretary for the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, presented the commission’s budget.
Len Price, Executive Director of the Conservation Corps of Minnesota and Iowa, presented the organization’s budget.
Representative Fabian moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 8, 2011 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:57 a.m.
