MINUTES

Representative Garofalo, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m. on February 08, 2012, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Woodard moved that the minutes of January 31, 2012 be adopted.

HF1778 (Cornish) Independent School District No. 2134, United South Central, funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Garofalo moved HF1778 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Capital Investment.
