Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:30 PM on April 12, 2011, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

HF 194 (Anderson) State agencies required to track and report on the number of jobs created or retained as a result of capital project funding.
Representative Howes moved HF194 to be laid on the table.
