MINUTES

Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on April 27, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present. Representative Morrow moved to approve the minutes of March 26, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hamilton moved HF 811 before the committee.
Representative LeMieur moved to temporarily suspend the rules in order to hear amendments.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Hamilton moved the amendment H0811A1. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Morrow moved to reconsider the motion to adopt the minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED. Representative Morrow moved to amend the minutes to note that Representative Eken was excused. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hamilton renewed his motion that HF 811 pass as amended and be be-referred to Environment and Energy Policy and Finance Committee.

The meeting was recessed to after session, at the call of the chair, in Room 400S.

The meeting was reconvened at 6:30 p.m. Chair Hamilton moved that HF 811 pass without recommendation and be re-referred to Environment and Energy Policy and Finance.

Chair Hamilton moved amendment H0811A2 before the committee.

Chair Hamilton withdrew his motion on amendment H0811 A2.
