Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. on January 13, 2011, in Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Morrow moved to approve the minutes of January 11, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Commissioner David Fredrickson gave an introduction to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Quinn Cheney, Legislative Liaison, gave an overview of the regulatory divisions.
