Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the joint meeting of the Public Safety Policy and Oversight, Public Safety Finance Division Committee, Health Care and Human Service Finance Division Committee, Health Care and Human Service Policy and Oversight to order at 6:32 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
