Representative Huntley moved that the minutes of March 11, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3042 (E. Murphy) Participating provider agreements regulated between health plan companies and health care providers.
Representative Murphy moved that HF3042 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.
Representative Murphy moved the H3042DE1
amendment with the following change:
Page 3, delete section 6

Representative Thissen moved that HF1640 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
