Chair Thomas Huntley called the forty-fourth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division to order at 1:08 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Chair Huntley introduced visitors from the Central Minnesota AHEC (Area Health Education Center), including Dr. Steve Moberg of the Central Minnesota Area Health Education Center and an AHEC board member, Paynesville, Minnesota; and Dr. Ron Verant, Internal Medicine Physician from Alexandria Clinic and Vice Chair for Central Minnesota Area Health Education Center.
