Representative Mindy Greiling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:45PM on April 14, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dettmer moved the minutes of April 7, 2009 be adopted.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Greg Crowe, Fiscal Analyst, reviewed the appropriations and levy spreadsheets pertaining to the delete-everything amendment to HF2, A09-0404

Tim Strom and Lisa Larson provided a summary of amendment A09-0404.

Public testimony on amendment A09-0404 was provided by the following individuals:
