Chair Anderson called the meeting to order at 9:40 A.M. on November 16, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

On the Lake Pepin TMDL:

The committee recessed at 11:28 A.M.
The committee reconvened at 1:00 P.M.

Norman Senjem and Gaylen Reetz continued their presentation.

On the re-testing of the Minnesota River biology:
