Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M. on March 9, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Fiscal Analyst Jim Reinholdz testified on the committee’s budget target.
HF 3207 Sailer, Cross-country ski trail pass fees increased and an exception provided for school activities.
Representative Sailer presented information about her bill.
Darby Nelson of the Minnesota Nordic Ski Association testified in support.
A quorum was present at 8:41.
Chair Wagenius moved HF3207 for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill and moved the author’s
A10-2284 amendment. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
Testifying on the bill as amended:

John Zoman, Director, Explore Minnesota Tourism.
Chair Wagenius laid the bill over for possible inclusion.
Executive Director John Jaschke and Assistant Director Julie Blackburn of the Board of Soil and Water Resources testified on clean water fund spending.
Public testimony was taken on the Office of the Legislative Auditor report on natural resource lands:
