Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:36 A.M. on February 18, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Department of Natural Resources staff Bob Meier, Kent Lokkesmoe, and Bob Tomlinson testified on the agency’s outcome-based budgeting efforts.
Rep. Persell moved the minutes of Feb 16. The motion prevailed and the minutes were approved.
The committee adjourned at 10:00 A.M.
