MINUTES
Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M. on January 27, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Kent Lokkesmoe, Director, Division of Waters at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) presented on the Division of Waters budget.
Rep. Persell moved that the minutes from the Jan. 20th meeting be approved. The motion prevailed.
The committee adjourned at 10:05 A.M.
