MINUTES


Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:39 A.M. on January 13, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Chair Wagenius discussed the purpose of the committee and committee procedures.

Members and staff introduced themselves.

Jim Reinholdz, Fiscal Analyst, gave overviews of the resources under the committee’s jurisdiction, the general fund budget forecast, and results-based budgeting.

Bob Meier, DNR Assistant Commissioner, gave an overview of DNR’s 2008-09 budget and mission.

The committee adjourned at 10:01 A.M.
