Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:33 A.M. on January 20th, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Reinert moved the minutes from January 12, 2009 and January 13, 2009. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Representative Lenczewski moved HF95.

HF95 (Lenczewski) Health Insurance premium credit created.

Individuals testifying before the committee were: Nina Manzi, House Research; Beth Kadoun, Minnesota Department of Revenue; Pat Dalton, House Research; & Kathy Schill, House Fiscal Analyst.

The committee recessed at 10:54 A.M.

The committee reconvened at 11:40 A.M.

The committee adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
