Representative Loren Solberg, Chair of the Committee on Ways and Means, called the meeting to order on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 2:00 PM in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Agenda:
HF3492 (Hausman) Higher education asset preservation and replacement funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative Solberg moved that HF3492 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Representative Solberg moved to amend HF3492 as follows: see H3492DE8.
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Solberg moved to amend the amendment H3492DE8 as follows: delete section 6.
THE MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDEMENT WAS ADOPTED

Representative Hausman presented HF3492 as amended.

Representative Solberg renewed his motion that HF3492, as amended pass and be placed on the General Register.

  • HF3492 (Hausman) - State bond proceed appropriations clarified and modified, and other appropriation provisions modified relating to Blazing Star State Trail, Mesabi Trail, Northwest Hennepin Family Center, an outpatient clinic and health education facility at Hennepin County Medical Center, Rochester Community and Technical College, Camp Ripley, Minneapolis Veterans Home and the city of Lake Elmo.
