Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 9:55 a.m., Monday, March 22, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Magnus moved that the minutes of March 17, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Tuesday, March 23, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Meeting recessed at 9:59 a.m.
Meeting reconvened at 11:25 a.m.
Representative Simon moved that a time parameter of 4 hours be set for discussion of H.F. 1671.
Chair Sertich moved to amend the Simon motion to 7 hours. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was adjourned at 11:33 a.m.
