Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 1:12 p.m., Thursday, May 6, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Sertich moved that the time parameters for the Calendar for the Day, Thursday, May 6, 2010, be set as follows: SF 1886 - 2 hours, HF 2600 – 20 minutes, SF 2642 – 30 minutes, SF 251 – 20 minutes, HF 2859 – 20 minutes, HF 2610 – 2 hours, HF 2695 – 2 hours, HF 3122 – 20 minutes, SF 2933 – 30 minutes, SF 3145 – 30 minutes, SF 2773 – 30 minutes, SF 2663 – 20 minutes, HF 3033 – 30 minutes, SF 3081 – 30 minutes, SF 3080 – 20 minutes, SF 3046 – 20 minutes, SF 1537 – 1 hour. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair Sertich moved that the time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Thursday, May 6, 2010, be set as follows: HF 3571 – 30 minutes, HF 3790 – 3 hours, SF 3275 – 3 hours, HF 3046 – 1 hour, HF 3786 – 20 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED

The meeting was recessed at 1:18 p.m.

The meeting was reconvened at 5:33 p.m.

Chair Sertich moved that Joint Rule 2.03 and House Concurrent Resolution 3 be waived for the remainder of the 2010 regular session and that HF 2405 be recommended to pass, and be placed on the General Register.

Representatives Reinart and Dettmer presented HF 2405.

Representative Dettmer moved to amend HF 2405, amendment H2405A7 (see attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair renewed his motion that H.F. 2405 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Marquart presented HF 2227.

Chair Sertich moved that Joint Rule 2.03 and House Concurrent Resolution 3 be waived for the remainder of the 2010 regular session and that HF 2227 be referred to Finance Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Chair moved the time parameter for SF 2642 of 30 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
