Representative Sertich, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:59 p.m., Thursday, April 8, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Morrow moved that the minutes of April 7, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Monday, April 12, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Chair Sertich moved that time parameters for all bills on the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, April 8, 2010, be 20 minutes with the exception of H.F. 2899 - 45 minutes and H.F. 2866 – 30 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
