PROPERTY TAX RELIEF AND LOCAL SALES TAX DIVISION
MINUTES
Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on Monday March 26, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
Committee Legislative Assistant Paul Cumings noted the roll.

Representative Paul Marquart gave opening remarks to introduce the Property Tax Relief and Local Sales Tax Division Report (H0003DE1).
A quorum was present at 10:46 A.M.
Joel Michael, Research Analyst for the House Research Department, testified about the provisions outlined in Article 1 of the Division Report.
Steve Hinze, Research Analyst for the House Research Department, testified about the provisions outlined in Article 2 of the Division Report.
Pat Dalton and Steve Hinze, Research Analysts for the House Research Department, testified about the provisions outlined in Article 3 of the Division Report.
Karen Baker and Steve Hinze, Research Analyst for the House Research Department, testified about the provisions outlined in Article 4 of the Division Report.
Pat Dalton, Research Analyst for the House Research Department, testified about the provisions outlined in Article 5 of the Division Report.
Representative Dittrich moved approval of minutes for Friday, March 16, 2007; Tuesday, March 20, 2007; and Wednesday, March 21,2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
