Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:10 A.M. on April 25, 2008 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Tillberry moved HF4100 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE BILL WAS PASSED AND RE-REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.

Representative Lesch moved HF4199 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

HF4199-Mahoney-Delinquent vacant building registration fees collection as special assessment authorized.

Representative Zellers moved HF4208 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Tax Bill.

HF4208-Zellers-International economic development zone provisions modified, and corporate franchise tax repealed.

Representative Zellers moved amendment H4208A1 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF4204-Lenczewski- Housing and redevelopment authorities maximum levy increased.
