Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:26 P.M. on March 31, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lenczewski moved SF3564.

SF3564-Murphy- Compressed natural gas special fuel excess tax transitional rate correction.

Representative Lenczewski moved amendment S3564A1 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lenczewski renewed her motion that SF3564 be recommended to pass as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE BILL WAS PASSED AS AMENDED.

Before the committee was the Office of the Legislative Auditor's Report on JOBZ.

Representative Carlson moved HF1812 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Paulsen moved amendment H1812A11 (ATTACHED). THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL, THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Carlson renewed his motion that HF1812 be recommended to pass as amended and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE BILL WAS PASSED AS AMENDED AND RE-REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS.
