Representative Ann Lenczewski, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:38 P.M. on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lenczewski moved HF2362 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Lenczewski moved to replace HF2362 with HF2362, Delete everything amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Davnie moved the H2362A15 amendment to HF2362. THE MOTION PREVAILED - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Marquart moved the H2362A9 amendment to HF2362. THE MOTION PREVAILED - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Marquart moved the H2362A11 amendment to HF2362. THE MOTION PREVAILED - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lanning moved the H2362A18 amendment to HF2362. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL - THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Lenczewski moved the A07-0875 amendment to HF2362.

Representative Lenczewski moved to amend the A07-0875 amendment as follows:
Page 4, line 7, insert "70,000" after the "$"
Page 7, line 16, replace "$5,000,000" with "$4,735,000"

THE MOTION PREVAILED - THE AMENDMENT, AS AMENDED, WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Tillberry moved the H2362A22 amendment to HF2362.

Representative Tillberry withdrew the H2362A22 amendment.

Representative Tillberry moved the H2362A23 amendment to HF2362.

Representative Liebling moved to divide the amendment between lines 2.13 and 2.14.

Representative Kohls requested roll call vote on Representative Liebling’s motion to divide the amendment.

Representative Liebling withdrew her motion to divide the amendment.

Representative Kohls withdrew his motion for a roll call vote.

Representative Tillberry renewed his motion of the H2362A23 amendment to HF2362. THE MOTION PREVAILED - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
