MINUTES


Representative Diane Loeffler, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 2:29 p.m., on Monday April 21, 2008 in Room 118 State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Kathy Tingelstad moved that the minutes for the Wednesday April 16, 2008 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Diane Loeffler moved the Proposed Supplemental Calendar for the Day for Monday April 21, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Not withstanding Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 8 the Rules Committee, Representative Diane Loeffler moved that SF 3672 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Loren Solberg moved the S3672A9 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Diane Loeffler renewed her motion. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Joe Atkins testified to the bill

Pursuant to Permanent House Rule 4.13, Representative Diane Loeffler moved that HF 2996 be recommended to pass and be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Michael Paymar testified to the bill.

The committee adjourned at 2:40 p.m.
