Representative Erik Paulsen moved the HRRULES-A3 (Rule 8.12) Amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Tony Sertich moved to incorporate the language from the House Journal Page 588 into the A-12 Amendment.
