Representative Debra Hilstrom, Chair of the Local Government and Metro Affairs Committee, started the nineteenth meeting at 4:01pm on Monday, March 19, 2007 in the Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1685 (Mullery): Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority powers clarified.

Representative Mullery presented HF1685 and took questions from the committee.

HF2176 (Kalin): Requiring the state to maintain searchable databases on tax increment financing and JOBZ; appropriating money.
