TRANSPORTATION POLICY AND FINANCE DIVISION
Representative Lieder, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 4:04 P.M. on Thursday, February 15, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
A quorum was present. Rep. Holberg moved that the minutes of Tuesday, February 13, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of the Transportation and Transit Policy Subcommittee report on HF 146 (DH0146CR1). THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of amendment H0146A-1
. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
After committee discussion with Rep. Johnson, Rep. Hornstein moved that HF 146 as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Finance bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
