The Clerk noted the roll.
A quorum was present.
Rep. Johnson moved approval of the minutes of Monday February 27, 2008. The motion prevailed. The minutes were adopted.
3:27 PM - HF2903 (Gardner) Biomass definition extended with respect to renewable energy objectives, distributed energy resources, and renewable energy resource planning, and Metropolitan Area Water Supply Advisory Committee expiration date extended.
Rep. Gardner moved that HF 2903 be recommended to pass.
Rep. Gardner moved the H2903A1
Rep. Gardner incorporated the following into the A1 amendment:
Page 1, line 11, delete 6 and insert 4
Page 1, line 12, delete 5 and insert 5
The amendment was adopted.
Rep. Gardner moved the following oral amendment to HF 2903.
Delete Section 4 and Section 5 from the amended bill. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Gardner renewed his motion that HF 2903 be recommended to pass as amended and placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed the bill was passed to the General Register.
3:44 PM - HF3537 (Bly) Renewable energy project rate schedule established and report required.
Rep. Bly moved that HF3537 be recommended to pass and be returned to the Committee on Finance.

Rep. Bly incorporated the following amendment to the A1 Amendment:
Page 1, line 2, delete the word "wind".
The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.
