Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the twenty-second meeting to order at 12:50 PM on March 16, 2007 in Room 200 of the State office Building.

Rep. Gardner moved the adoption of the minutes from the meeting on March 14, 2007. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1357 (Walker) Low-income heating assistance funding provided.

12:51 PM - The Chair moved HF1357 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

12:51 PM - Rep. Walker presented the bill.

1:02 PM - Rep. Bly moved the HF1645A1 amendment.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

1:14 PM -- Rep. Johnson moved HF1679 to be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.

Rep. Johnson moved the HF1679A1 amendment.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

1:51 PM -- Rep. Peterson moved HF1642 to be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on E-12 Education.

1:52 PM -- Rep. Peterson presented the bill.

2:14 PM -- Rep. Peterson renewed his to recommend that H1642 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on E-12 Education.

The motion prevailed. THE BILL WAS PASSED.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:15 PM.
