Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the nineteenth meeting to order at 12:41 PM on March 9, 2007 in Room 200 of the State office Building.

HF1549 (Johnson) Public Utilities Commission ex parte rules technical change provided.

12:42 PM - Rep. Johnson moved HF1549 to be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register or Consent Calendar.

12:53 PM - Rep. Johnson renewed his motion to recommend that HF1549 pass as amended and placed on the General Register.

The motion prevailed. THE BILL WAS PASSED.

HF1678 (Johnson) Public Utilities Commission electronic filing authorized, and technical and clarifying changes provided.

12:53 PM - Rep. Johnson moved HF1678 to be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.

HF1392 (Hilty) Hydrogen renewable energy initiative established, hydrogen energy use policies established, and money appropriated.

1:02 PM - Rep. Hilty moved that HF1392 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF1214 (Knuth) Rural wind development assistance program funding provided, and money appropriated.

1:41 PM - Rep. Knuth moved HF1214 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Rep. Knuth incorporated the following oral amendment into the H1214DE1 amendment:

Page 2, Line 30, replace the word "commission" with the word "initiative"

1:42 PM - Rep. Knuth moved the adoption of the H1214DE amendment.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
