Representative Jim Knoblach, Chair, called the thirty-seventh meeting to order at 2:44 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Knoblach officially called the meeting to order at 2:44 p.m. A quorum was present.
HF263 Abrams University of Minnesota football stadium state support process provided, Dakota County land transfer to University of Minnesota provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Abrams moved that HF263, second engrossment, be recommended to pass.
Representative Abrams, Robert Bruininks, President, University of Minnesota, Elizabeth Eull, Sr. Associate Director, University of Minnesota, Charles Museoplat, Vice President, Agriculture, University of Minnesota, Richard Phutzenreuter, Chief Financial Officer, University of Minnesota, and Kenneth Larson, Associate General Council, University of Minnesota testified on HF263.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
