Representative Jim Knoblach, Chair, called the thirty-first meeting to order at 3:36 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

3:36:59 PM Representative Knoblach called the thirty-first meeting to order. A quorum was present.
3:37:14 PM Representative Hamilton moved that the minutes of December 1, 2005 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3015 (Bradley) Pharmacy and pharmacy-related costs human services funding provided, and money appropriated.
3:38:08 PM Representative Bradley moved that HF3015, first engrossment, be recommended to pass and be sent to the General Register.
3:38:19 PM Representative Bradley moved H3015DE2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
3:38:43 PM Representative Bradley testified on HF3015, first engrossment.
3:49:13 PM Representative Bradley moved that HF3015, as amended, be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2623 (Dorman) Previous redevelopment account appropriation modified relating to the city of Mounds View, and Ramsey and Anoka counties.
3:49:23 PM Representative Knoblach moved that HF2623, first engrossment, be recommended to pass and be moved to the General Register.
Representative Bernardy and Tony Bennett, Commissioner, Ramsey County testified on HF2623, first engrossment.
3:52:08 PM Representative Knoblach renewed his motion that HF2623, first engrossment, be recommended to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
3:52:48 PM Commissioner Peggy Ingison, Minnesota Department of Finance, Dr. Tom Stinson, State Economist, and Jim Scholwalter, State Budget Director, testified on the February forecast.
4:53:13 PM The meeting was adjourned.
