Representative Mark Olson, Chair of the Local Government Committee, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 4:42 P.M. on Monday, May 16, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HOLBERG, Mary Liz moved the Minutes of April 26, 2005, be approved as prepared by the Clerk. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HOLBERG, Mary Liz moved the following time limits be imposed on testimony regarding HF2480:
15 minutes for the presenters of the bill;
one hour for all of the opponents; and,
one hour for all of the proponents.
Further, the previous question is ordered on all pending questions at 10:00 P.M.
