Representative Mark Olson, Chair of the Local Government Committee, called the sixth meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on Monday, January 31, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

LENCZEWSKI, Ann moved the Minutes of January 26, 2005 be approved as prepared by the Clerk. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The following provided an overview of, and responded to the Committee’s questions regarding, Tax Increment Financing, Local Government Aids, and Local Sales Taxes:
Joel Michael, Legislative Analyst, and Patricia Dalton, Legislative Analyst, both of House Research.
