GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS & VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the first meeting to order at 10:20 am on Tuesday, January 11, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Dan Severson assumed the gavel at 11:25 am.
Department of Veterans Affairs:
Mike Pugliese, Acting Commissioner
Representative Kathy Tingelstad assumed the gavel at 11:35 am.
Representative Tingelstad presented Committee Procedures.
The following House Research staff member gave an overview of military and veteran affairs issue areas he covers in the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee:
