Representative Jeff Johnson, Chair of the Civil Law and Elections Committee called the thirty-sixth meeting to order at 5:12 p.m. March 23, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room, State Office Building, St. Paul, MN.

The Clerk noted the roll.
