HF2000 (Stephenson) Sports betting and fantasy contests provided for and authorized, local restrictions prohibited, sports betting and fantasy contests taxation provided, civil and criminal penalties provided, amateur sports grants provided, charitable gambling provided, pari-mutuel horse racing provided, reports required, and money appropriated.
HF4822 (Feist) Tax-forfeited property excess sale proceed distribution modified, and money appropriated.

Materials to be distributed to the Committee members are also due by 12 PM on on Monday, April 29th. Please note: submitted written testimony is public and will be included in the official committee record. It may be posted to the committee webpage if received by deadline. Testimony may be limited to two minutes per testifier.
