1.18$123,000 in 2008 and $246,000 in 2009 are
1.19from the game and fish fund to implement
1.20fish virus surveillance, prepare infrastructure
1.21to handle possible outbreaks, and implement
1.22control procedures for highest risk waters
1.23and fish production operations. This is a
1.24onetime appropriation.
2.1Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
2.2297A.94 , paragraph (e), $300,000 in 2009
2.3is from the second year appropriation in
2.4Laws 2007, chapter 57, article 1, section 4,
2.5subdivision 7, from the heritage enhancement
2.6account in the game and fish fund to study,
2.7predesign, and design a shooting sports
2.8facility in the seven-county metropolitan
2.9area for shooting sports facilities. Of this
2.10amount, $100,000 is for a grant to the Itasca
2.11County Gun Club for shooting sports facility
2.12improvements; and the remaining balance
2.13is for trap shooting facility grants under
2.14Minnesota Statutes, section 87A.10. This is
2.15available onetime only and is available until
2.16expended.
2.17$300,000 in 2009 is appropriated from the
2.18game and fish fund for only activities that
2.19improve, enhance, or protect fish and wildlife
2.20resources. This is a onetime appropriation."
