1.6of developing or rehabilitating trap shooting sports facilities for public use. A facility
1.7rehabilitated or developed with a grant under this section must be open to the general
1.8public at reasonable times and for a reasonable fee on a walk-in basis. The commissioner
1.9shall give preference to projects that will provide the most opportunities for youth."

2.5Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
2.6297A.94 , paragraph (e), $300,000 in 2009

2.8Laws 2007, chapter 57, article 1, section 4,
2.9subdivision 7, from the heritage enhancement
2.10account in the game and fish fund to study,
2.11predesign, and design a shooting sports
2.12facility in the seven-county metropolitan
2.13area for shooting sports facilities. Of this
2.14amount, $100,000 is for a grant to the Itasca
2.15County Gun Club for shooting sports facility
2.16improvements; and the remaining balance
2.17is for trap shooting facility grants under
2.18Minnesota Statutes, section 87A.10. This is
2.19available onetime only and is available until
2.20expended.
2.21$300,000 in 2009 is appropriated from the
2.22game and fish fund for only activities that
2.23improve, enhance, or protect fish and wildlife
2.24resources. This is a onetime appropriation."
