1.11For a grant to the city of West St. Paul to
1.12predesign, design, and construct a pedestrian
1.13bridge for the North Urban Regional Trail as
1.14an overpass of Robert Street in the area near
1.15Wentworth Avenue in West St. Paul. This
1.16appropriation may also be used to acquire
1.17property or purchase rights-of-way needed
1.18for bridge construction. This appropriation
