1.4    "Sec. 67. VARIANCE; SEAPLANE BASE.
1.5The commissioner of transportation shall grant a variance for Elbow Lake
1.6Municipal-Pride of the Prairie Airport, airport code Y63, to be licensed as a public
1.7seaplane base on Flekkefjord Lake. The commissioner may establish conditions or
1.8limitations as may be necessary, except that the variance must be provided notwithstanding
1.9the requirements of any other law or any rule to the contrary.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
