1.8force of law:
1.9(1) Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256D.03, subdivisions 3, 3a, 5, 6, 7, and 8; and
1.10(2) Laws of Minnesota 2010, chapter 200, article 1, section 12, subdivisions 1, 2,
1.113, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18, and 19.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2013, if by that date the
1.13federal government has not approved the global medical assistance waiver submitted
1.14under Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.841."
