1.16$123,000 in 2008 and $246,000 in 2009 are
1.17from the game and fish fund to implement
1.18fish virus surveillance, prepare infrastructure
1.19to handle possible outbreaks, and implement
1.20control procedures for highest risk waters
1.21and fish production operations. This is a
1.22onetime appropriation.
1.23Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section
