1.9The Minnesota Veterans Homes Board

1.12must work together cooperatively on
1.13the development of a viable permanent
1.14supportive housing project to serve only
1.15primarily veterans on the campus of the
1.16Hastings home. For purposes of this project,
1.17the commissioner of Veterans Affairs and
1.18the commissioner of Administration are
1.19authorized to enter into financial agreements
1.20with the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
1.21for the purposes of obtaining funds to design,
1.22construct, and furnish housing for veterans
1.23upon terms and conditions acceptable to the
1.24commissioners.
