1.5    Section 1. BUDGET RESERVE REDUCTION.
1.6    On July 1, 2008, the commissioner of finance shall reduce the budget reserve
1.7account in Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.152, to $403,000,000.

1.8    Sec. 2. CASH FLOW ACCOUNT REDUCTION.
1.9    On July 1, 2008, the commissioner of finance shall reduce the cash flow account in
1.10Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.152, to $0.

1.11    Sec. 3. MINNESOTA FUTURE RESOURCES FUND.
1.12    By June 30, 2008, the commissioner of finance shall transfer any remaining
1.13unappropriated balance from the Minnesota future resources fund to the general fund."
