1.8that all or part of the data be released to the public or to the person bringing the action.
1.9In making the determination whether data shall be disclosed, the court shall consider
1.10whether the benefit to the person bringing the action or to the public outweighs any harm
1.11to the public, the agency entity, or any person identified in the data. The data in dispute
1.12shall be examined by the court in camera."

1.15    Subdivision 1. Confidential data or protected nonpublic data. Data, notes, and

1.17of state agencies and political subdivisions government entities, or persons performing
1.18audits for state agencies and political subdivisions government entities, and relating to
1.19an audit or investigation are confidential data on individuals or protected nonpublic data
1.20until the final report has been published or the audit or investigation is no longer being
1.21pursued actively, except that the data shall be disclosed as required to comply with section
1.226.67 or 609.456. This section does not limit in any way:

1.25subdivisions; or
1.26    (2) the public or a data subject's access to data classified by section 13.43. "

2.6    (b) For purposes of this subdivision, "public safety peer counseling debriefing" means
2.7a group process oriented debriefing session held for peace officers, firefighters, medical
2.8emergency persons, dispatchers, or other persons involved with public safety emergency
2.9services, that is established by any agency entity providing public safety emergency
2.10services and is designed to help a person who has suffered an occupation-related traumatic
2.11event begin the process of healing and effectively dealing with posttraumatic stress."
